A skilled nursing facility is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team in Gates, NY. About the Role

As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the nursing staff to ensure that all patients receive exceptional care. This will include:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to the nursing team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and overall nursing operations.

  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless care coordination and patient flow.

  • Staff Development: Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Summary Under the general direction of the Director of Clinical Research and the assigned Principal Investigator (PI) the Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) supports, facilitates, and coordinates the daily clinical trial activities and plays a critical role in the conduct of the study. The CRN works closely with the PI, designated department, sponsor, and institution (s), liaising and providing guidance on the administration of the compliance, financial, personnel and all related aspects of the clinical study.
