Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at Avenue at Macedonia Care & Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance, while driving quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices. Qualifications:

Current RN license in the State of Ohio
Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations

Ability to lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability
