Assisted Living facility in Marlborough is seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate  (PCAs), CNA’s and HHA’s  to provide exceptional care to our senior residents.

Available Shifts

We are currently hiring full-time, part-time and per diem

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Flexible scheduling available

  • Full-Time

  • Part-Time

  • Weekdays

  • Weekends

  • Every other weekend opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support.

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.

  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry.

  • Medication reminders and assistance.

  • Observe and report changes in a client’s condition.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

  • Deliver compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Current PCA, CNA, HHA Certification is required.

  • Previous elder care experience is preferred.

  • Current CPR certification is preferred.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Reliable transportation is preferred.

  • Ability to pass a CORI/background check.
