Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing other clinical tasks as needed
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication administration and treatment plans
• Provide emotional support and education

Requirements:

• LPN certification in the state of New Jersey REQUIRED
• 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting - preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Archstone Behavioral Health is a treatment center that provides caring treatment to those suffering from Mental Health and Substance Misuse disorders seeking help. Summary: The nursing staff is responsible for the day-to-day nursing services provided to all patients admitted to the facility. This includes intake, assessment, vital signs, medication management, and general health care education. Requirements: Nursing degree from an accredited school. Must have a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience as a nurse in a behavioral & substance abuse, or mental health setting. Valid RN/LPN license CPR certification - must have at the time of hire Responsibilities: Complete nursing intake and assessment. Monitor patient’s vital signs as ordered or per protocol. Maintain medication cart in order and locked at all times Dispense medications as ordered. Monitor and document all medication activity. Keep medication administration record (MAR) up to date. Complete incident report for any unusual or adverse event including medication errors and medication reactions. Other duties as required to address operational needs.
