Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) – 13-Week Contract

We are seeking a dedicated Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) for a 13-week contract assignment in Frostburg, Maryland. This opportunity offers a consistent day shift schedule with a rotating weekly hour commitment.

Position Details:

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days
Schedule: Rotating 36/48 hours per week
Every Other Weekend Required
Gross Weekly Pay: $1,190 - $1,456

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and comfort.
Support nursing staff with patient care activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Active Maryland GNA or CNA I certification
Current BLS certification (if required by facility)
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work every other weekend
