Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Minimum of 3 years of long-term care/skilled nursing experience . Previous supervisory or nursing leadership experience preferred, such as ADON, Unit Manager, or similar role . Experience with staff education and infection prevention/control . Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, clinical standards, and quality-of-care practices. Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
