Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership and support our nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nurse leader who is committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the assigned nursing unit

  • Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Monitor staffing and help reduce overtime and agency usage

  • Address staff concerns and performance issues

  • Participate in QAPI initiatives

  • Evaluate and educate staff on nursing competencies

  • Support MDS processes and interdisciplinary discharge planning

  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding

Qualifications

  • Active Florida RN license

  • Minimum 2 years of SNF experience

  • Prior leadership or management experience preferred

  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
