Your Role as a Caregiver

As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate non-medical home care designed to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and engaged at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement

  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Providing medication reminders

  • Building respectful and professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers

  • Providing dependable care by being punctual and consistently covering scheduled shifts

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience required

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register

  • Current TB clearance

  • Current CPR & First Aid certification

  • Successful completion of a required background check
