We connect caregivers with clients near their preferred service areas, helping make commutes shorter and schedules more convenient. Whenever possible, we strive to match caregivers with opportunities within a 15–20 minute commute.

Your Role as a Caregiver

As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate non-medical home care that supports clients in maintaining their independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction

  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Providing medication reminders

  • Supporting clients with their daily routines

  • Building respectful and professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers

  • Providing dependable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience required

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register

  • Current TB clearance

  • Current CPR & First Aid certification

  • Successful completion of a required background check
