About the Role:

As a Caregiver 1st Shift, you will be working directly with clients to deliver high-quality care and support, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. You will maintain a safe and comfortable home environment, assist with daily activities, and provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Assist clients with daily activities, such as taking them on walks, trips to social events or medical appointments, and running errands
Perform light housekeeping and personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and oral care
Prepare meals and assist with activities of daily living, such as eating and dressing
Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Working Environment:

Primarily works in clients' residences, with occasional travel required
Shift times and days vary with client needs

Requirements:

Daytime availability between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
High school diploma and/or G.E.D. certificate
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Current and valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely
Ability to pass background checks
