What You’ll Do:

Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff
Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Support team members with guidance, training, and problem-solving

Requirements:

Active Virginia LPN or RN license
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
CPR/BLS Certification
Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing
Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 25 or more pounds
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended time periods
Team player, strong communicator, passionate about senior care
