Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee our nursing team during the overnight weekend shift. This leadership position is ideal for a strong clinician who can work independently, support nursing staff, and ensure exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift
Ensure residents receive high-quality care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
Provide clinical guidance and support to LPNs and CNAs
Address emergencies and other clinical concerns as they arise
Communicate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team as necessary
Complete and review clinical documentation, incident reports, and required follow-up
Assist with admissions, transfers, and other nursing responsibilities as needed
Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
