Pay: $18-$23/hour
based on experience & shift differentials

Holy Family Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable CNA: Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. At Holy Family, we care like family.

As a CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide personalized, hands-on care to skilled nursing and long-term care residents. You will help residents with daily activities while supporting their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

What You'll Do as a CNA:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, repositioning, and other personal-care needs
• Support residents with mobility, walking, transfers, and the safe use of wheelchairs and other assistive devices
• Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, and monitoring resident intake according to individual care plans
• Observe residents' physical, emotional, and behavioral conditions and promptly report changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Respond to call lights and resident requests promptly while providing respectful, compassionate, and person-centered care
• Accurately document care provided and communicate important information to the oncoming shift to support continuity of care

CNA Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• Current and valid Nurse Aide Registration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Two or more years of experience providing direct care to older adults preferred
