LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse
Full Time | Evening Shift working 7 am - 3 pm
Part Time | Day, Evening and Night Shifts Available
Pay: $26-$33/hour
based on experience & shift differentials
Holy Family Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable LPN: Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. At Holy Family, we care like family.
As an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse, you will oversee resident care on your assigned unit, administer medications and treatments, and provide leadership and support to our Certified Nursing Assistants. You will work closely with residents, families, physicians, and fellow team members to deliver safe, responsive, and person-centered care.
What You'll Do as an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Provide clinical oversight for your assigned unit and coordinate staff assignments based on residents' care needs
- Administer and accurately document prescribed medications, treatments, wound care, and other nursing services
- Assess residents, recognize changes in condition, initiate appropriate interventions, and notify physicians and responsible parties as needed
- Supervise, coach, and support CNAs while promoting quality care, resident safety, excellent service, and compliance with care plans
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including nursing notes, assessments, incident reports, and change-of-shift reports
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support positive resident outcomes
LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing, or a valid multistate compact license
- Graduate of an approved nursing education program
- Long-term care experience preferred
