Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting

  • Support mobility and transfers

  • Record vital signs and monitor intake/output

  • Assist during mealtimes

  • Maintain a clean, safe environment

  • Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • NYS Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Reliable and professional

  • Works well in a team setting

  • Strong communication and attention to detail
