Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

Qualifications

Eighteen years of age or older
Valid Driver’s License
6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
Current CPR Certification
Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
TB Clearance Per State Regulations
Effective verbal and written communication
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
Successful completion of pre-employment background check

Help residents move safely using assistive devices, assist with transfers, accompany residents on outings, and encourage participation in rehabilitation and range-of-motion exercises. • Observe and report.
