Job Summary:

Ridgewood Manor, a Medicare & Medicaid certified skilled nursing center, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Maumee, Ohio. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Coordinate and communicate with family members, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
