Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Prepare meals
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Provide medication reminders
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings as needed
Observe and report changes in clients' condition to the nurse
Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment

Qualifications

Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Ability to pass a background check
Previous home care experience is preferred but not required
