Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center Join our dynamic care team at The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham, Massachusetts, a 4-star nursing home, as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)! We are seeking full-time and part-time openings on all shifts, including an every other weekend rotation, with a rate of $26 to $29 an hour, depending on the shift. This rate includes shift differentials, which are applicable to all shifts. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center, your primary purpose is to provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by the licensed staff nurse. Experience & Education: Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, be in the process of obtaining one, or have recently successfully completed a CNA program. CPR certification preferred, but not necessary. New graduates welcome! Duties & Responsibilities: Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident. Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under your care. Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly. Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them. Document accurately and completely. Meet personal grooming needs for each resident. Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident. Assure the resident care areas are left clean and in an orderly manner.
