Location: Fredericksburg, TX
Service Area: Texas Hill Country Territory — Office located in Boerne, TX

Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour, based on experience

Shifts: Flexible scheduling with shifts starting in 4-hour increments, with opportunities for live-in shifts. Monday–Sunday, with AM and PM shifts available.

Minimum Requirement: 20 hours per month

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide in-home care and support for seniors in the Fredericksburg and surrounding Texas Hill Country areas. Caregivers assist clients with daily activities, companionship, mobility, meals, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality in-home care for elderly individuals. You will play an important role in helping clients maintain their independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Provide mobility and transfer support to ensure client comfort and safety

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding

  • Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Document and report changes in client conditions to the supervising team

  • Encourage recreational activities and social engagement

  • Help ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Qualifications

  • Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per month

  • Willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time tracking

  • Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required — training provided

  • Passionate about helping seniors and making a difference in their lives

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and mobility assistance

  • Dependable, patient, empathetic, and trustworthy

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Reliable transportation

  • 3 professional references

  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
