About MUSC Health Bluffton Medical Pavilion:

MUSC Health Bluffton Medical Pavilion is a brand new three-story, 54,000-square-foot medical office building serving Beaufort County communities. Opened in June 2026, the pavilion brings a wide range of comprehensive, coordinated care services together in one convenient location. Patients will have access to more than a dozen specialties, including primary care, a Hollings Cancer Center satellite clinic and MUSC Children's Health and After-Hours Care - all under one roof.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program and currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant or completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program (FNP, AGPNP, or ANP) and currently licensed or eligible for licensure as an APRN
Unrestricted SC licensure
Federal and state-controlled substance registration

In addition, this position is primarily remote but there is require travel to corporate office and skill nursing facilities (SNF). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provides expertise to the training and onboarding of Plan Provider NPs. 2. Proven ability to provide clinical and personnel development feedback for continued clinical and professional development 3. Participates in and/or directs Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities. 4. Understands the PruittHealth Premier Plan benefits, PruittHealth Premier Plan policies, procedures and articulate them effectively to providers, members, and key decisions makers. 5.
