Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute is seeking a general Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider to join the practice based in our Shakopee & Edina clinics.

Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Completes comprehensive patient assessments
  • Determines diagnosis and treatment of illness
  • Orders and interprets medical diagnostics in tandem with attending physician
  • Prescribes medications, treatments, therapy and medical equipment
  • Conducts patient education when working to manage chronic illness or wellness care


Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree - Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program


Preferred Qualifications:

  • New graduates may be considered. Prefer a minimum of 2 years experience in cardiology or ICU


Licenses/Certifications:
