Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking talented Clinical Resource Nurses.

 To serve this mission, you will function as a liaison between leadership and patient care staff assuming responsibility for the seamless facilitation of patient care across the continuum. You will also work with the other CRN’s and Nursing Supervisors to ensure optimal patient staffing to meet patient care needs. 

 As an RWHS Clinical Resource Nurse, you will:

  • Use critical thinking skills to be able to recognize priority patient situations that need immediate attention 
  • Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to function as a nursing resource to staff, providers, patients and families 
  • Adapt positively to fluctuating workload to maximize patient care and unit effectiveness
  • Remain flexible in staffing patterns, share equitably in meeting on-call /availability assignments, and actively seek resolutions of staffing conflicts

 You may be a good fit if you have:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse Licensure; must have NE license within 60 days of hire
  • American Heart Association’s BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required upon hire.

Nurse/LPN/EMT/RN or Paramedic with IV and Blood Draw Expertise

$30 - $35 / hour
Join Our Team - Nurse/EMT/Paramedic We're thrilled to announce an immediate opening for a nurse, EMT, or Paramedic with Phlebotomy Certification in Washington State! This part-time position offers 20-30 hours per week to start with a pay range of $30-35/hour depending on experience, with the potential to transition into a full-time role with benefits for exceptional candidates. About Us: We are a forward-thinking regenerative medicine and stem cell research center in Bellevue, WA. Our care team is high touch and low volume - a great fit for someone leaving a more physically demanding, high-stress environment. What You'll Do: Perform phlebotomy procedures such as blood draws and IV placement; assist in patient assessments and care coordination; assist in procedures involving fluoroscopy and ultrasound guided injections and conscious sedation; process blood and tissue for PRP and stem cells; coordinate and administer medications; support front desk, EHR documentation, and inventory tasks. Qualifications: Nurse, EMT, or Paramedic license; proficiency in phlebotomy, IV placement, sterile technique, and EHR systems; strong communication and organizational skills.
