Nursing Manager - RN

About the Role: As a Nursing Manager - RN at Regional West Physicians Clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and that our clinic runs smoothly. Minimum Qualifications: Active Nebraska RN license Graduate of Registered Nurse Program Minimum of 2 year of management or supervisory experience Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting Experience with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) systems Responsibilities: Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that they are providing high-quality patient care Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the clinic is running efficiently Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of care Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date Skills: As a Nursing Manager - RN, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage your team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. You will also need to have strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure that the clinic is running efficiently. Clinical Nurse Education Coordinator LPN/RN

Education Coordinator Regional West is seeking a Clinical Nurse Education Coordinator - LPN/RN to support and advance clinical education, orientation, competency validation, continuing education, and professional development initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a clinical education resource for nursing and designated clinical staff while partnering with leaders to promote regulatory readiness, staff competency, patient safety, and high-quality patient care. A Day in the Life of No two days are exactly alike for a Clinical Nurse Education Coordinator - LPN/RN. One day may be spent teaching lifesaving skills in a classroom, while the next focuses on onboarding new nurses, supporting competency validation, or preparing teams for regulatory surveys. Throughout it all, the goal remains the same: ensuring caregivers have the knowledge, confidence, and resources needed to provide exceptional patient care. Your day might begin by facilitating Patient Safety Orientation or coordinating clinical onboarding activities for newly hired nurses and clinical staff. You'll help ensure team members are prepared for success by guiding them through required training, skills validation, competency assessments, and organizational expectations. As the day progresses, you may be found leading hands-on training sessions, teaching certification courses such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS, coaching staff through clinical skills, or collaborating with department leaders to identify learning needs and close competency gaps. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen patient safety, improve quality outcomes, and support professional growth. Behind the scenes, you'll coordinate continuing education programs, manage training records, track competency completion, maintain learning management system data, and help ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail helps keep the organization survey-ready and supports a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaboration is a key part of the role. You'll partner with nursing leadership, Human Resources, Quality, Compliance, Infection Prevention, Occupational Health, Medical Staff leaders, and other departments to address educational priorities and workforce development needs. You may also assist with performance improvement initiatives, education-related audits, orientation tracking, and regulatory readiness activities. When needed, you'll provide backup support for Occupational Health services, employee wellness initiatives, and department operations to help maintain seamless service throughout the organization. Qualifications Required Current License Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska without restriction, or eligibility to obtain Nebraska licensure within 90 days if residing in Nebraska. Nurses residing outside Nebraska must hold an unrestricted compact state license. Minimum of three years of relevant clinical nursing experience. BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor certifications, or ability to obtain within six months of hire. Preferred Experience in clinical education, staff development, nursing leadership, or employee training. Experience with healthcare human resources operations or workforce development programs. Knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and compliance standards. Experience using learning management systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
