Job Summary:

Ideal Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA)/PCA - Live-In Caregiver to join our team of caregivers. As a home health aide, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is to provide exceptional in-home care services to individuals who may benefit from them, including seniors, recovering surgery patients, expectant mothers, physically challenged individuals, veterans, and car accident victims. Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist clients with medication administration, wound care, and other medical tasks as needed

  • Prepare meals and assist with household chores, such as light housekeeping and laundry

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

  • Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate with family members and healthcare teams as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the client's care plan

In this important role, you will provide essential support to our residents by escorting them safely to and from clinic and dialysis appointments. This position offers meaningful work with a consistent morning schedule and the opportunity to make a positive difference in residents’ lives every day. Key Responsibilities Escort residents safely to and from clinic and dialysis appointments. Arrive one hour prior to scheduled clinic appointments. Maintain a full nursing uniform and wear your ID badge at all times, both in the facility and at the clinic. Assist residents in preparing for their appointments. Ensure residents receive appropriate out-on-pass snacks. Monitor residents closely to prevent falls and altercations, intervening immediately as needed.
