Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, and mobility assistance.

  • Monitor and document changes in clients’ physical and mental health, ensuring timely communication with supervisors.

  • Support clients with daily living activities, promoting autonomy while ensuring safety.

  • Administer non-medical support, including helping clients with medication reminders and basic exercises as prescribed.

  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and ensure the overall tidiness of the client’s home.

  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients’ preferences and dietary restrictions.

  • Provide transportation to appointments or accompany clients on errands, ensuring their comfort and safety during trips.

  • Build professional and supportive relationships with clients and their families to enhance the care experience.

  • Use your clinical knowledge to provide compassionate care, ensuring client dignity is maintained at all times.

  • Attend ongoing training, team meetings, and workshops to stay updated on best practices in caregiving.

Qualifications:

  • LNA license in Arizona required.

  • 1 year or more of caregiving experience in personal or professional settings.

  • Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols and best practices for home-based care.

  • Excellent communication skills to work with clients, families, and care teams.

  • Reliable transportation and flexibility in working schedules.

  • Ability to pass a background check.
