What You'll Do

  • Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.

  • Administer and monitor medications and treatments.

  • Coordinate resident care and collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams.

  • Educate residents and support their recovery goals.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with billing and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • Current California LVN License (RN also considered).

  • Experience in residential care or behavioral health preferred.

  • Knowledge of Title 22, HIPAA, and clinical documentation standards.

  • Ability to pass Live Scan, medical clearance, and TB screening.
