Qualifications:

Currently licensed in this state.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
One year of MDS experience preferred.
RN preferred

POSITION OVERVIEW The MDS Coordinator (LPN, RN) is responsible for overseeing the resident assessment and care planning process and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations related to resident assessments, quality of care and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement.
