What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate in-home care while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Depending on the assignment, your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities

  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed

  • Performing light housekeeping

  • Helping clients with daily routines

  • Following the client’s care plan and reporting concerns

Qualifications

  • Active CNA or HHA certification

  • Previous caregiving experience preferred

  • Reliable, patient, and compassionate

  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

We are seeking full-time and part-time openings on all shifts, including an every other weekend rotation, with a rate of $26 to $29 an hour, depending on the shift. This rate includes shift differentials, which are applicable to all shifts. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center, your primary purpose is to provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by the licensed staff nurse. Experience & Education: Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, be in the process of obtaining one, or have recently successfully completed a CNA program.
