As a dedicated and compassionate Med Tech, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Our person-centered approach focuses on fostering an independent lifestyle that is tailored to each resident's unique needs and abilities.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Med Tech to join our care team on a full-time, NOC shift schedule. As a Med Tech, you will be responsible for:

Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
Monitoring and reporting any changes in a resident's condition, including unusual behaviors or symptoms, to the nursing staff.
Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents, engaging in activities and conversations that promote socialization and mental stimulation.
Maintaining a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and ensuring a safe and tidy living space.
