Position Summary: The Surgical Technologist, handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. He/she understands the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon. Position Requirements

Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician Program or previous on the job training in surgical technology required.

  • Follows risk management practices to provide a safe environment for the patient, co-worker and hospital.

Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
