What You’ll Do

Provide personalized, non-medical support that helps clients maintain their comfort, safety, and independence. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities

  • Helping with mobility, transfers, and positioning

  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed

  • Performing light housekeeping

  • Supporting daily routines and client needs

  • Following care plans and reporting concerns to the appropriate team

Qualifications

  • Active CNA or HHA certification

  • Previous caregiving experience preferred

  • Reliable, patient, and compassionate

  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable providing care independently in a client’s home

Job Title: Resident Care Associate Department: Resident Care Date Revised: July 2024 Reports To: TCD/RCD/RSD/MMD/DON FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Code: 7109 Harbor; 7010 Trad; 7210 SNF Job Summary: The Resident Care Associate provides the service and care required to each resident in a timely and efficient manner.
