SHIFT:  1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Bi-weekly, Full-time, Days.  M-F, Two (2) twelve-hour shifts & two (2) eight-hour shifts every other weekend.

This position is Benefit Eligible.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program or medical assistant program.
  • Current LPN, or RN license in the State of Indiana. Certified medical assistant or registered medical assistant.
  • Has general knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
  • Has been educated in basic pharmacology and the administration of medications.
  • CPR provider certification within 6 months.

JOB SUMMARY

Provides nursing care to patients as directed by the provider utilizing the nursing process. Performs patient access functions.
