Summary:

An essential role in the delivery of residential treatment services, this direct care position is primarily responsible for interacting with and supervising clients in treatment.

2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm, working every other weekend.

Pay:

$18/hour, with shift differentials

Shift Differentials:

7:00am - 3:00pm - 1st Shift differentials: (Saturday and Sunday) $1.00

3:00pm -11:00pm - 2nd Shift differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.00 (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50

11:00pm - 7:00am - 3rd Shift Differentials: (Monday - Sunday) $1.50

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, complete documentation, and filing to support medical staff at the facility.
Complete and maintain medical records.
Assist with admissions and the consent process for clients and provide ongoing support during medical appointments.
Obtain vital signs and urine screens and document outcomes for medical team review.

Create and distribute client packets.
Maintain a safe physical environment for all clients.

Schedule follow-up medical appointments and make external referrals for clients as directed by the medical team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a CNA or Home Health Aide in NJ.
Must have N.J. Certified Medical Assistant certification.
Experience in drug and alcohol/mental health.
Knowledgeable of HIPAA regulations and applicable laws/regulations, DDAP, and CARF.
General office skills and organizational ability.
