This is a low-hour, flexible PRN opportunity (4–8 hours/week) ideal for a provider looking to supplement their schedule while making a meaningful impact in community-based mental health care. About the ACT Team Our ACTT program operates as a “hospital without walls,” delivering high-intensity behavioral health services directly in the community. We serve individuals with severe and persistent mental illness who are at high risk for psychiatric crisis and often face barriers to traditional care. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive, recovery-focused services that address mental health, substance use, housing, and overall stability.
