We’re looking for an experienced LPN or RN to join our Admissions team at our rehab center. This role is a good fit for someone who understands long-term care, is confident in their clinical judgment, and can move quickly while staying organized. You’ll be responsible for reviewing incoming patients, assessing their needs, and helping make sure each admission is appropriate and set up for success. You’ll work closely with hospitals, providers, and our internal team to keep the process smooth and safe.
