A typical day in the life of a Provider, includes:  

  • Collaborating with the center clinical staff to ensure patient care.
  • Providing treatment of illnesses and injuries; order labs and other diagnostic tests and prescribe medications for children and adults. 
  • Demonstrating the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care appropriate to the age of patients. 
  • Performing common urgent care procedures such as wound repair, abscess drainage, splinting, EKG and X-Ray interpretation. 
  • Master’s degree and Certification 
  • Current State License in the center for which you are applying  
  • Experience as a provider in emergency medicine or urgent care  
  • Credentialed to see patients of all ages 
  • Active DEA license with no restrictions 
  • Current DOT certification or ability to become certified

Allergy and Immunology NP Position Summary The Division of Allergy and Immunology is seeking a per diem Nurse Practitioner who will provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients with allergic conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, family-centered care to children and adolescents. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in the outpatient allergy clinic setting. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of allergic conditions, including: Asthma Non-allergic hives Food allergies Environmental allergies Medication allergies Eczema Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
