The Wellness Visit Medical Assistant (WVMA), under the supervision of a licensed practitioner, supports the first phase of a two-part Medicare Annual Wellness Visit (AWV). Following successful onsite training and competency validation, the position transitions to a primarily remote role conducting the initial visit via telehealth.
