Synergy Homecare MSP Metro (office in Roseville) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team part-time! We provide care in client homes throughout the central metro area.

What You’ll Do:

     Assess clients in their homes, create a care-plan, and provide nursing services

     Assist with caregiver training/education as needed, utilizing your experience as an RN

     Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, care-partners and co-workers

     Oversee care provided by non-licensed caregivers

     Provide reliable care and complete timely documentation of all visits and assessments

Qualifications and Skills:
