6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
💰 Starting Pay: $18.00/hour and up
Our recently updated wage scale starts at $18.00/hour for candidates with no prior experience, with opportunities for higher starting wages based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications. We recognize that experience matters. If you bring caregiving, senior living, healthcare, or other relevant certifications and experience, your starting wage may be higher.

What You’ll Do
As a Nursing Assistant, you’ll be an important part of our residents’ daily lives. You’ll help provide compassionate care while encouraging independence, dignity, and choice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing compassionate assistance with activities of daily living while promoting resident independence
Assisting with medications, treatments, and other care as permitted by applicable regulations and training
Escorting and assisting residents throughout the community and outside as needed
Assisting with meal setup, service, and cleanup
Supporting and participating in resident activities and programs
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Observing and communicating changes in resident condition or needs to the appropriate team members
Working collaboratively with other members of the care team
Treating every resident with dignity, respect, compassion, and patience
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who enjoy helping others and want to make a difference in the lives of older adults.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in nursing, senior living, assisted living, memory care, home health, or a similar setting preferred
Relevant certifications are a plus
Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts
Compassionate and respectful approach to working with older adults
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow
