- Start Date: 09/28/2026

- Assignment Length: 13 weeks

- Shift: 5 x 8 hours | Days | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

- Weekly Pay: $1,915

- Sign-On Bonus: $250

Requirements:

- Active New York (NY) LPN license

- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience

- Long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) experience required

- BLS certification

- Flu vaccine required
