Empath Personal Care, a part of Empath Health, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants  to serve patients in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Palm Harbor within their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver personalized, high-quality care while enjoying the flexibility of PRN scheduling and the support of a trusted, mission-driven organization.  This position offers Competitive Pay on a weekly basis.  

What You’ll Do

  • Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in their homes.

  • Support patients’ comfort, dignity, and independence through individualized care.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated service.

  • Observe and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinical staff.

  • Travel within the assigned service area to deliver care as scheduled.

What You’ll Need

  • Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA License).

  • CPR certification (in-house classes available if needed).

  • Minimum of six (6) months of healthcare or home health experience preferred.

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and operate a motor vehicle within the service area.

  • Valid Florida Driver License and proof of auto insurance.
