Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate full-time Home Health RN to work with our Home Health team to deliver individualized care to patients in their homes in the Ocala area (Marion, Lake, & Sumter counties).

Locations: Home health visits in Ocala area (Marion, Lake, and Sumter counties)

    Schedule: Full time;  M-F 40 hours with required weekend/ holiday on-call rotations

    What you'll need:

    • Applicants must graduate from an approved nursing program and own a current Florida RN license.
    • BSN or MSN preferred
    • Minimum of one year experience providing direct patient care required; previous experience in home health preferred.
