Supervision and Training: Supervise and provide guidance to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). Provide orientation and training for new staff members. Communication and Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation of residents' care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
