Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to a diverse population, including admission assessments, ongoing care, and discharge planning
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols
Monitor and record patient vital signs, test results, and other relevant data
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
