QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Must be a graduate from a reputable nursing school. Should hold a valid and current RN license. Preferably have 1-2 years of experience in long-term care settings. Inspect oxygen tubing and humidifiers for proper condition. Supervise meal service, ensuring dietary accuracy and appropriate timing and temperature. Facilitate the resident discharge process. Provide hands-on care, including responding to call lights and assisting with resident needs. Conduct thorough rounds to monitor resident positioning, devices, skin condition, oral care, grooming, and accessibility of call lights. Address concerns from residents and their families with professionalism. Keep the 24-hour report log updated. Ensure the building remains secure. Welcome and assist physicians upon their arrival. Administer oral warnings as necessary and inform the Director of Nursing Services. Be prepared to undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services or the Administrator.
