Job Description:

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time

Flexible Schedule | Part-Time Day Hours

Territory: Bellingham, MA, and surrounding communities

Looking for an RN position that offers flexibility, independence, and more meaningful time with each patient?

Join Elara Caring as a Part-Time Home Health Registered Nurse and provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients where they feel most comfortable—their homes. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced nurse seeking a consistent schedule without committing to a traditional full-time role.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

  • Commit to as little as one full 8-hour day per week

  • Flexible scheduling that works around your availability

  • Competitive pay of $45–$55 per point, based on experience

  • One-on-one patient visits instead of managing an entire unit

  • Independence in the field with support from an experienced clinical team

  • Localized territory in Bellingham and nearby communities

  • Mileage reimbursement during orientation and training

  • Opportunity to earn additional income while maintaining work-life balance

What You’ll Do

As a Home Health RN, you will manage an assigned group of patients and provide skilled, personalized care throughout their healthcare journey. Responsibilities include:

  • Completing comprehensive nursing assessments

  • Developing and updating individualized plans of care

  • Performing admissions, routine visits, recertifications, and discharges

  • Monitoring patient progress and identifying changes in condition

  • Coordinating care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Educating patients and families about medications, disease management, and self-care

  • Helping patients remain safe and independent at home

  • Providing proactive interventions that help prevent avoidable hospitalizations

  • Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation

What You’ll Need

  • Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse license

  • At least one year of nursing experience in a clinical care setting

  • Home health or home care experience is highly preferred

  • Consistent availability for at least one full 8-hour day each week

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance

  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently and lift 50–100 pounds

Bring Your Expertise Home

At Elara Caring, your clinical judgment is valued, your independence is supported, and your work has a direct impact. Join a collaborative team that gives you the flexibility to build a schedule that works for your life while delivering the individualized care your patients deserve.

Apply today and make a meaningful difference—one patient, one visit, and one home at a time.
