Wound Care and Other Specialized Care: Collaborate with wound care specialists or other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal wound healing. Supervision and Training: Supervise and provide guidance to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). Provide orientation and training for new staff members. Communication and Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation of residents' care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and address resident needs. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
