Shady Lawn Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team in our small-town skilled nursing community in Cadiz, Kentucky.

Position Requirements

  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky

  • Previous Long-Term Care/SNF experience required

  • Strong clinical and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes

  • Ability to lead, support, and collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team

About the Position

The Director of Nursing will provide clinical leadership for our 50 skilled nursing beds, overseeing nursing operations and helping ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
