The purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and as may be directed by your supervisor in accordance with the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Day-to-day resident care duties under the supervision of the licensed nurses.

·       Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the residents.

Education and Qualifications:

·       Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

·       Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification, having successfully completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.
