Report abnormal vital signs and glucose reading to nurse who is overseeing patient care. 3. Report a change in-patient to nurse taking care of patient. 4. Documentation in the EMR that are accurate and detailed if needed. 5. Provide clean environment care (straightening up rooms, emptying drains). 6. Provide protection of medical record and maintain HIPPA compliance. 7. Fill out incent reports as needed for actual events and near misses. 8. Other duties as assigned. SUMMARY Gives resident care and reports pertinent observations, changes, and reactions regarding resident to the appropriate person. JOB DUTIES Gives resident care under the supervision of Professional Nurse and/or LPN.
